Columbus Early Learning Center Gets respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement. This page outlines our policy and procedures for handling such claims.
Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed on our website, you may submit a DMCA notice. To be effective, your notice must include the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that you claim is infringing, including its location on the website (e.g., the URL).
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To be effective, your counter-notification must include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Columbus Early Learning Center Gets may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement or an agent of such person.
